From craft to clear positioning

Natalia is a Parisian calligrapher and typographer, known for her precision and sensitivity to materials. Despite the strength of her work, she found it difficult to position and price her services clearly.
We began by clarifying where she stood and where she wanted to go. The work focused on positioning: understanding her value, refining her offers, and structuring how she presents and prices her work. Alongside this, I supported her in more practical ways, from reviewing quotes to guiding client communication. Over time, she gained confidence in her decisions and interactions. She diversified her client base, moved away from underpaid work, and began working on more aligned and international projects. Today, her business feels both stable and aligned.
